Hi Guys!

27 visitors this week. I hope I haven't wasted your time.

We had a great weekend racing elderly boats designed by Jack Holt round Shearwater. I find that it is always fun to try and sail backwards towards the pontoon at the end of a race and I have just had a moment of inspiration: Could I be the first recorded person to sail a complete lap round Shearwater BACKWARDS?
Perhaps it's been done before? If so, I'm still on my quest for my next 'Personal Everest' (Geoff Holt - Sailing single handed round Britain - a fantastic read). Pictures of the event - when it happens to follow.

Have you signed up for your duties yet? Perhaps you haven't joined the club either?

Cheers, Certified Sailor Pete.
